| dc.description | AJPAM is the official Journal of the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM), Africa’s only continent-wide professional association that brings together policy makers, management practitioners and scholars associated with the state and non-state sectors. AAPAM is affiliated with the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) and Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management (CAPAM), among other international professional and academic organisations. AJPAM is a bi-annual publication, which appears in January and June each year. Manuscripts focusing on any aspects of public and development administration and management in Africa are invited from all parts of the world. Contributions based on experiences outside Africa but which provide useful comparative lessons are also welcome. AJPAM’s editorial policy is to give preference to original works that are empirically based or suggest new insights and innovative ideas in African Administration and Management. Relevant bibliographical notes, literature and book reviews are invited as well. | en_US |
